💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead the legal function at Stable, a fast-growing startup that provides business addresses and mail management for over 12,000 companies. You'll shape our regulatory strategy, launch entity compliance products, and accelerate enterprise sales, making legal a competitive advantage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own regulatory strategy for USPS, CMRA, and state entity compliance
• Launch novel entity compliance products with Product and Engineering
• Negotiate enterprise agreements (MSAs, BAAs, DPAs) to accelerate sales
• Establish legal foundation: contracts, policies, and risk frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, including regulatory and commercial
• Deep expertise in USPS regulations and CMRA compliance
• Experience with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and security frameworks
• In-house experience at a technology company

• Background in entity compliance or corporate law
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS contract negotiation
