You'll support the PEO sales team in building pipeline and closing deals across the US market. Your work will directly impact how businesses navigate global employment compliantly and efficiently. This role offers a clear path to a Senior AE role.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Generate and qualify new opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
  • Partner with senior AEs on deal execution including discovery and demos
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline tracking
  • Assist in managing high-velocity opportunities and timely follow-up

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • PEO experience is a must
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related SaaS/HR environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to support multi-stakeholder sales cycles

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Remote work experience is a plus
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
