💼 About This Role

You'll lead site start-up activities for clinical trials across APAC, managing IRB/EC submissions and IMP release. You'll ensure timely delivery of activation milestones while mentoring team members. This role offers remote work within the APAC region.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage site start-up process and activation readiness strategy.
• Coordinate IRB/EC, CA/MoH submissions and ICF customization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure milestone delivery.
• Mentor staff on local start-up regulations and procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, or RN.
• 5+ years in start-up with CRO or pharma/biotech experience.
• 2+ years in project milestone management.
• Fluency in English and local language for country base.
