💼 About This Role

You'll join a client engagement as a Security Support consultant on a 12-month remote contract. You'll handle frontline helpdesk tasks like password resets and MFA onboarding while collaborating with technical and business teams. This role offers exposure to IAM and security operations in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Interface with users to support incoming security requests and tickets.
• Validate user identities before providing assistance.
• Assist the Identity Access Management team.
• Provide Level I support for password resets and MFA.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Information Security or IT helpdesk.
• Experience working with Active Directory and MS EntraID.
• Working knowledge of IAM.
