You'll be the creative force behind our Tempe HQ's office events and culture, making coming into the office intentional and energizing. You'll partner with multiple teams to improve the physical office environment and connect the Tempe office to the broader Carvana experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll own the swag shop and in-office events.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Plan and execute in-office events and cultural moments.
- Oversee swag shop inventory, display, and fulfillment.
- Partner with operations, facilities, and safety teams.
- Support leaders across floors and departments.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management, events, or related role.
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for event setup.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, or Zoom.
- Strong sense of aesthetic and event planning experience.
