You'll lead a team of Testing Specialists to ensure efficient daily vehicle testing, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Safety. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule TS and assign vehicles in coordination with Operations Supervisors
• Review Dev Tickets for discrepancies or safety concerns prior to scheduling
• Lead special group projects including coordinating high-level demos
• Conduct bi-weekly 15Five reviews and bi-annual performance reviews

📋 Requirements

• Prior supervisory/leadership role experience
• Adequate understanding of daily/weekly testing process
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence applications
• Valid driver's license required

• Associate or BS in Engineering/Physics/Science
• Working knowledge in a Linux environment
• Data analysis experience
