💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end healthcare IT projects from design through go-live, managing cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. Your work will directly automate manual workflows and improve patient outcomes at scale. This role offers the chance to shape delivery practices at a fast-growing AI startup transforming healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of client projects
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Serve as main point of contact for client project teams
• Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
• Proactively identify risks and manage issues to maintain momentum

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in project management within healthcare IT or consulting
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams in implementations or workflow automation
• Strong PM fundamentals (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management)
• Ability to travel and be onsite with customers up to 50%

✨ Nice to Have

• PMP certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or process improvement training
• Experience with EMR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Oracle Health)
