You'll own the full sales cycle in Switzerland as the first Account Executive based in Zurich, driving new customer acquisition for Ideals' secure Virtual Data Room product. You'll proactively prospect outbound opportunities, engaging with decision-makers across finance and banking to close high-value deals. This role offers the chance to join a bootstrapped, profitable SaaS company with 30%+ YoY growth and a top-rated sales culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland from pipeline to closed deals
- Prospect outbound opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and events
- Build relationships with decision-makers in financial and advisory firms
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development success
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments
- Hunter mentality with evidence of pipeline management
- Native German and English C1 proficiency

- Exposure to selling into financial or advisory environments
