Description
As an HR Operations Specialist at Groupon, you'll be the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in Poland, handling day-to-day HR operations, employee inquiries, and ensuring a smooth employee experience. You'll manage HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, support payroll, and improve HR effectiveness.
Requirements
- 1-2 years HR Administration or HR Operations experience
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law
- Fluent Polish and English (C1 minimum)
- Good Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Detail-oriented with multitasking and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Sort and respond to employee requests via Jira, Asana, email, chat
- Operational HR support and training on self-service platforms
- Execute HR platform transactions (hires, changes, promotions, terminations)
- Prepare and verify employment documents and certificates
- Maintain employee records in Workday and manage internal changes
