💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team ensuring our Class 8 trucks and trailers are safe and reliable. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a modern fleet under manufacturer warranty. This role offers clear growth pathways and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and component replacements
• Diagnose complex electrical, engine, and transmission problems
• Address aftertreatment system issues and perform regens
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate to minimize downtime

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines and transmissions
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop usage
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MIG welding
• T-series ASE certifications
