🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of software engineers.
• Partner with product and design colleagues to scope and prioritize roadmap.
• Drive technical excellence by guiding architectural decisions and best practices.
• Represent the team in technical and project meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an engineering leadership role with a track record of managing projects and mentoring engineers.
• Strong software engineering background with deep understanding of large-scale application architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work through complex technical and organizational problems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience managing a team of software engineers.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies including LLMs.
• Experience with AWS, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
