You'll serve as a force multiplier for the CEO in a high-growth spatial computing startup, navigating strategy, finance, and operations. You'll drive global expansion, manage critical partnerships, and prepare the company for Series B raise. This role blends strategic impact with operational ownership in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and facilitate leadership meetings and annual planning sessions.
• Own company-wide OKR and KPI tracking processes.
• Lead global expansion setup including legal entity formation and compliance.
• Coordinate patent portfolio development with Engineering and Legal teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years in management consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startup.
• Deep understanding of venture-backed dynamics and Series B milestones.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in financial modeling and P&L management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cap tables and startup financing
