You'll lead Square's presence in a high-opportunity market, driving field sales and closing deals with local businesses. You'll build pipeline from scratch and elevate Square's visibility in your community, helping sellers grow through omnichannel solutions.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Spend ~80% of week in field, driving 50-60 targeted business visits
- Run full-cycle self-sourced sales: generate leads, demo, and close
- Build referral strategy to convert new customers into future opportunities
- Master key verticals (restaurants, retail, services) to sell consultatively
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle closing sales experience with field sales
- Experience exceeding sales targets and selling diverse products
- Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and living in the market you serve
โจ Nice to Have
- 2+ years in payment processing or related technology (payroll, loyalty, time management)
- 1+ years experience selling to restaurants, retailers, or services businesses
