You'll own technical engagements with customers in a pre-sales capacity, building and presenting demos for RapidSOS's life-saving safety platform. You'll partner with Account Executives to drive sales and act as a trusted advisor. This role offers the chance to work on technology that protects 150M+ lives annually.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Deliver customized technical presentations and demos to clients
  • Create pilot and proof-of-concept implementations
  • Translate client requirements into technical solution documents
  • Identify scope and technical risks during sales process

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering experience
  • 2+ years in technical customer-facing role
  • Pre-sales experience selling API-based or SaaS products
  • Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with scripting and Postman
  • Contact Center or Security experience
  • Software development background in Python, React, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
