Description

As a Maintenance Manager at Bozzuto, you will lead a team to maintain and repair residential properties while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent service for residents. You will handle hiring, training, and supervising technicians, oversee apartment turnovers and preventive maintenance, and manage vendor relationships and special projects.

Requirements

• 7+ years in facilities or residential building maintenance
• 3+ years supervisory experience with team development
• HVAC, EPA, and/or NAPE certification
• Advanced skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Knowledge of risk management, OSHA, and MSDS

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold core values
• Hire, develop, and train technicians and community care associates
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Manage apartment turnover process for timely leasing
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and building inspections
