Description

You will lead a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center, managing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production and quality goals. Your role involves coaching, development, and performance management to ensure team cohesion and adherence to Carvana's values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to maintain high volume and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs safely while meeting production and quality goals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned team; identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management for team members.
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Lead a team of production associates and partner with the General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and quality.
