Description

As a Lead MDM Engineer on the Product Catalog team, you will own the Stibo STEP platform, designing and delivering MDM solutions that power product onboarding, enrichment, governance, and data supply across Stitch Fix. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data problems and drive platform strategy while mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM in retail or eCommerce
• 2+ years as a technical leader, leading projects and owning delivery
• Strong technical depth in STEP configuration, JavaScript business rules, SQL, data modeling
• Strong grasp of REST APIs and integration patterns (e.g., Kafka, ETL)
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver initiatives for the product catalog platform at scale
• Drive complex initiatives by breaking work into clear milestones
• Influence platform strategy and data governance standards
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve data problems with AI use cases
• Mentor and coach engineers
