You'll lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-grade AI Agent OS platform that powers intelligent, role-specific experiences across complex business workflows. You'll build and evolve context and memory systems, including retrieval pipelines and tenant-aware memory. This role blends hands-on engineering leadership with deep system design ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and delivery of Agent OS platform including agent runtime and workflow execution.
• Build context and memory systems with retrieval pipelines and tenant-aware memory.
• Define capability platform standardizing reusable agent functionalities like tools and prompts.
• Develop action and trust layer ensuring secure, governed execution of agent actions.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proven experience building AI, ML, or platform systems in production.
• Deep understanding of LLM-based architectures including prompt orchestration and RAG.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and multi-tenant system design.

• Experience with production AI safety mechanisms such as permissioning and audit logs.
• Experience designing test scenarios for non-deterministic systems.
• Data intuition across structured and unstructured data including vector search.
