💼 About This Role

You'll assemble and test aerospace components for a company building next-gen hardware for today's planes. Your hands-on work directly supports engineering iteration and flight qualification. You'll collaborate closely with engineers in a dynamic R&D shop environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble aerospace components from engineering drawings and work orders
• Operate test equipment to validate hardware under development
• Document assembly and test results accurately
• Identify and communicate defects or anomalies to engineering

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in assembly/test in aerospace or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Skilled with mechanical hand tools
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR

• 5+ years of experience in assembly/test
• Experience with automated test equipment programming or setup
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems
