🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop project standards, SLAs, metrics, and documentation
• Manage technical implementation projects to ensure scalability
• Directly manage Technical Project Managers and define success criteria
• Drive resource allocations, project margins, and revenue forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years leading Professional Services or Implementation teams in SaaS
• PMP Certification required
• Strong experience leading enterprise SaaS or on-prem software implementations
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects and teams

• Six Sigma or process improvement experience
