Description

Manage day-to-day operations of a vehicle reconditioning center, overseeing up to 70 associates and multiple leads in a lean manufacturing environment. Drive quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring and accountability to direct reports and succession planning
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, and performance standards
• Ensure adequate production capacity levels and assist with production planning
• Participate in and lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
