You'll design, develop, and execute test plans for electronic drivetrain and chassis control systems at Scout Motors, an iconic brand revolutionizing the electric pickup and SUV market. Your work will directly impact vehicle dynamics, safety, and performance through hands-on calibration and analysis. This role offers the chance to build products from the ground up within a heritage brand.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute calibration test plans for chassis control systems
• Calibrate AWD, brake torque vectoring, and steering systems
• Analyze software feature sets for clarity and alignment
• Conduct simulation and real-world vehicle testing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in engineering
• 4+ years experience in calibration and validation of software functions
• Ability to read Simulink flow diagrams and C-programming source code
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and chassis control theory

• Experience with electric vehicles or hybrid propulsion systems
• Vehicle limit handling driving abilities with standardized licensing
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, FlexRay communication protocols
