You'll sit at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical data execution at a high-growth digital healthcare company. You'll translate complex unit economics into growth levers, leveraging AI and automation to accelerate reporting. This role offers the chance to build world-class financial models in a fast-paced environment supporting 350k+ patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with brand leads to interrogate daily commercial performance
• Maintain and scale driver-based financial models
• Integrate AI and automation to accelerate reporting cycles
• Deconstruct LTV/CAC ratios and payback periods for capital allocation advice
• Build stress-test models for supply chain, pricing, and market entry scenarios

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in a high-intensity analytical environment (e.g., Investment Banking, high-growth startups)
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance foundation with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Experience in D2C, B2C, consumer, subscription, or high-growth commercial environments
• Technical mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL, Python, or data viz tools

• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau)
• Background in a digital healthcare or subscription business
