💼 About This Role

You'll lead a logistics team at Picnic's Last Mile Hub in Frankfurt (Oder). You'll ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations while developing your leadership skills. This role offers hands-on management in a fast-growing, sustainable company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, coach, and manage your team of runners
• Oversee incoming truck deliveries and coordinate replenishments
• Manage shift schedules and ensure on-time departures
• Optimize hub layout and coordinate vehicle repairs

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in logistics, retail, or related field
• First experience in team leadership (professional or extracurricular)
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Valid class B driver's license
