💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the networking infrastructure powering Claude, our AI assistant. You'll work across the full stack from physical builds to software-defined networking, ensuring reliable data flow for cutting-edge AI research. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance data center networks
• Write software to automate network provisioning and configuration
• Implement monitoring and drive reliability improvements
• Plan and execute network expansions to new sites

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in network engineering with production operations
• Strong software development skills (Python, Go, or similar)
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and network security
• Experience with full network stack from physical layer to software-defined networking

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling networks in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Background in DevOps/SRE including monitoring and observability
• Familiarity with Kubernetes networking or AI/ML infrastructure
