Your work will directly drive consumer engagement and ad performance for a portfolio reaching 30M+ monthly visitors. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality UGC-style video ads for multiple platforms
• Contribute to pre-packaging including title and thumbnail concepts
• Record a-roll, b-roll, and UGC content as needed
• Leverage AI to create concepts and new hooks/b-roll

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing
• Experience with Adobe Premiere
• Proven success editing short-form content for growing accounts
• Deep understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude
• Analytical skills and understanding of paid advertising KPIs
• Willingness to work on-call outside standard hours occasionally
