🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate supplier agreements including inbound SaaS licenses
• Manage international expansion and global corporate entities
• Handle real estate matters with the real estate team
• Mentor team paralegals

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 3-6 years of transactional legal or corporate governance experience
