๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead a squad providing end-user support and endpoint engineering for a global workforce. Your impact includes keeping daily IT operations running smoothly. You'll develop your people leadership skills while working alongside a talented team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on end-user support and endpoint engineering work
- Distribute and clarify daily work assignments for the squad
- Identify and remove obstacles slowing squad's execution
- Triage and prioritize incoming requests during US business hours
- Maintain and improve endpoint configurations and workflows
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in end-user technologies or endpoint engineering
- Experience in a team lead or senior technician capacity coordinating work while doing hands-on work
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise identity management, endpoint security, and zero trust networking
- Multi-OS proficiency managing Windows, macOS, and Linux (Ubuntu) endpoints
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with JumpCloud, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, or Cloudflare
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance frameworks
