• Proactively manage a portfolio of delinquent residential and commercial loans.
• Send arrears notifications and monitor accounts for breaches.
• Collaborate with attorneys and receivers to enforce mortgage contracts.
• Prepare critical reports and ensure timely legal action.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma in a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage default.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage enforcement and foreclosure remedies.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and SharePoint.
