Description

You will lead the operational performance, expansion, and long-term strategy of CoreWeave's data center footprint across EMEA, overseeing day-to-day operations, reliability, vendor performance, and workforce management across multiple countries. This executive role partners with global teams to ensure world-class safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and service excellence.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in data center operations or critical infrastructure, with 7+ years in senior leadership
• Proven success leading operations across multiple international sites or regions
• Deep expertise in availability management, critical environment maintenance, incident management, and operational governance
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead leaders
• Strong business acumen with experience owning budgets and driving cost efficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all operational activities across EMEA data centers
• Build and scale regional operations organizations including site leadership, technicians, facilities, and support functions
• Establish and maintain KPIs for uptime, service levels, maintenance, incident response, safety, and compliance
• Develop and execute multi-year strategy for EMEA operational expansion
• Manage relationships with colocation providers, facility operators, and vendors to ensure SLA compliance
