💼 About This Role

You'll lead Opex planning and forecasting for business units at a global fintech platform. You'll influence C-suite decisions by turning complex data into compelling business stories. This role offers direct impact on strategic direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Opex planning including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze actual vs. plan variances and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare high-impact presentations for the C-suite summarizing performance and trends.
• Partner with stakeholders on headcount, resource allocation, and investment priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Strategic Finance in a global tech environment.
• Exceptional financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
