💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our engineering, product, and design organization, turning product ambiguity into executable plans. You'll build rhythms, frameworks, and cross-functional alignment that allow product teams to move fast and make great decisions. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and strategy, working on everything from product planning to go-to-market coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product operational cadences like sprint reviews and roadmap planning
• Build and maintain systems to keep product teams aligned and unblocked
• Develop models and forecasts to support product goal-setting
• Manage product partnerships pipeline from evaluation through execution

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in consulting or high-growth tech in strategy/product ops
• 3+ years as an operator embedded in a product/tech organization
• Experience building financial models in Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience working directly with C-suite and product leadership

• Experience with product analytics and user growth metrics
• Background in pricing and packaging analysis
• Track record managing complex ambiguous projects
