You will abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet registry requirements, working remotely on a flexible part-time schedule. This role involves ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the improvement of healthcare data management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Reside in continental United States
• Eligibility to work in US

Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records for target registries
• Maintain 98% or higher IRR score
• Work a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly
