💼 About This Role

You'll manage financial reporting and crypto accounting for the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. You'll ensure regulatory compliance with Japanese FSA standards and optimize financial performance. This role combines traditional accounting with cutting-edge cryptocurrency transactions and blockchain finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare financial statements per Japanese accounting standards.
• Reconcile exchange accounts, bank accounts, and crypto wallets.
• Manage accounting for cryptocurrency transactions and wallets.
• Develop internal controls and assist with audits.
• Ensure tax compliance and file returns under Japanese law.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong communication in English and Japanese.
• Technical accounting knowledge and fast-paced environment experience.
