You'll manage global IT processes, setting up laptops and troubleshooting tools for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You'll be the primary support for employees, ensuring compliance and security while leveraging AI to optimize workflows.

• Set up new laptops and manage resource access
• Troubleshoot IT and security tools globally
• Maintain IT inventory and hardware lifecycle
• Conduct access reviews and enforce security standards

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Excellent IT and customer service skills
• Ability to handle context switches and communicate in English
• Availability for full-time work including on-call support
