You'll own and optimize our HRIS and manage core employee lifecycle processes at a biopharmaceutical company with a fast-paced, collaborative culture. You'll sit at the intersection of people, systems, and emerging technology, with real ownership from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize HRIS for data accuracy and process efficiency
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs and manage open enrollment
• Lead and continuously improve new hire orientation
• Support compliance, audits, and employee record maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in HR Generalist or People Operations
• Experience with HRIS or HR tech platforms (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Greenhouse)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and interest in new technologies
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline workflows
