Description

As Senior Counsel in the Center for Life, you will lead high-impact litigation to protect unborn babies and their mothers, defend pro-life advocates, and work with states on pro-life laws. You will develop case strategy, draft legal filings, argue in court, and mentor junior attorneys.

Requirements

• J.D. and active license in at least one U.S. state bar
• Capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction within one year
• 10+ years of complex litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and litigate high-profile lawsuits defending pro-life causes
• Develop litigation strategy and legal arguments
• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Argue motions and appeals in court
• Supervise and mentor mid-level and junior attorneys
