💼 About This Role

You'll lead interoperability test and evaluation for a portfolio of naval systems under the JITC TEC II contract. You'll manage T&E planning, execution, and reporting to certify joint IOP compliance for programs like the Gerald R. Ford-Class Carrier and Littoral Combat Ship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement IOP test planning documentation.
• Review system requirements to ensure test criteria are documented.
• Support underway IOP test events as a participating team member.
• Record test findings and document results in certification reports.

📋 Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance on hire date.
• At least one certification in area of specialization.
• Bachelor's degree and 16 years of related experience.
• Experience with DoD acquisition developmental/operational testing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• Doctorate degree in a relevant technical curriculum.
• Experience with Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) procedures.
