💼 About This Role

You'll conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations and provide evidence-based psychotherapy for children and adolescents in a hybrid in-person/remote model. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver whole-child care. This role offers flexibility to tailor your mix of evaluations and therapy hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations including autism assessments.
• Analyze assessment data and produce clear diagnostic conclusions.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers for integrated treatment plans.

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in Maryland.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary care model.

• Prior experience conducting neurodevelopmental or autism diagnostic evaluations.
• Familiarity with standardized diagnostic tools (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS).
• Experience in integrated or team-based care environments.
