You'll lead a team of engineers designing cloud-native microservices and core Portworx capabilities at Everpure. Your work will directly impact customer-facing outcomes and product reliability. This role offers the opportunity to drive AI-assisted development workflows and push the state-of-the-art in data storage.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team building cloud-native microservices and core Portworx capabilities.
• Drive execution balancing roadmap delivery, customer escalations, and operational commitments.
• Establish strong engineering processes across design, development, testing, and CI/CD.
• Partner with Support and Customer Success to resolve critical production issues.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years overall experience with 10+ years in enterprise software development.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (Golang preferred).
• Deep understanding of microservices architectures and cloud-native platforms.

• MS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AI-assisted development practices.
• Proven ability to improve engineering velocity through process optimization.
