💼 About This Role

You'll support the deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets for our core algorithmic trading business, primarily focusing on stablecoin FX. You'll ensure trading operations run smoothly, monitor client SLAs, and act as a point of call for trading insights. This role offers the chance to work with a leading change-maker in digital assets across a global remote team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support deployment of new algorithms, clients, and markets
• Execute trades across crypto spot, perpetuals, and options
• Monitor client SLAs and evaluate trading performance
• Adjust algorithmic trading bot conditions and thresholds

📋 Requirements

• 2-3+ years of cryptocurrency trading experience across CEXes and DEXes
• Degree in a quantitative field (2.1 equivalent or above)
• Python coding experience as a first language
• Fully comfortable with trading and order books

• Exposure to traditional asset classes (options, futures, FX)
• Experience with on-chain data analysis
