πΌ About This Role
You'll lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive new business and expansion across Fivetran's most strategic accounts. You'll report to the RVP of Enterprise Sales and be a foundational leader in our Enterprise business. This role is fully remote and requires outstanding sales rigor through value-based methodologies.
π― What You'll Do
- Attract, hire, develop, and empower a team of Enterprise AEs to exceed revenue targets
- Drive accountability through coaching and disciplined sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CS, Alliances, Product, and RevOps
- Own enterprise pipeline generation and AE/BDR collaboration
π Requirements
- 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience
- Consistent track record of overachievement as a leader whose teams exceeded revenue targets
- Ability to lead and motivate AEs through growth and change
- Passion for field sales with direct engagement with economic buyers
