You'll engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests and educate clients on the platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and product improvement. You'll also become a demo certified specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.

  • Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing
  • Reproduce technical issues and explore 600+ integrations
  • Lead product demos after becoming demo certified
  • Participate in product discussions based on customer feedback

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Computer Science or Engineering degree or Bootcamp graduate
  • Active contribution to open-source projects
  • Programming experience and basic Linux knowledge
  • Weekend availability for rotating schedule
