You'll engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests and educate clients on the platform. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and product improvement. You'll also become a demo certified specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via ticketing, live chat, and screensharing
- Reproduce technical issues and explore 600+ integrations
- Lead product demos after becoming demo certified
- Participate in product discussions based on customer feedback
๐ Requirements
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or Bootcamp graduate
- Active contribution to open-source projects
- Programming experience and basic Linux knowledge
- Weekend availability for rotating schedule
