You'll design, develop, and maintain scalable lakehouse architecture and ELT pipelines for analytics and AI/ML consumption. This role enables advanced analytics across the organization while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable lakehouse architecture with medallion data model
• Implement and operate ELT pipelines with workflow orchestration and monitoring
• Establish data quality, testing, and observability practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• 3+ years building pipelines on Databricks or similar lakehouse platform
• 3+ years with analytical SQL and Python for data engineering
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Streaming tools like Kafka, Kinesis, or Fivetran
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Terraform, or Azure DevOps
• Master's degree in related field
