💼 About This Role

You'll work hands-on with our HW team to assemble and test prototype robots using 3D printers and rapid prototyping equipment. You'll perform root cause analysis and validation testing to improve real-world product reliability.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain 3D printers, laser cutters, and other rapid prototyping equipment
• Create and assemble fixtures for robot production and testing
• Run validation testing on new hardware components
• Organize tasks from ME, EE, and Production teams

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on making experience (DIY projects, makerspace)
• Proficiency in CAD (Solidworks preferred)
• Experience diagnosing hardware issues on 3D printers (Bambu, Formlabs, Prusa)
• Ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
