💼 About This Role

You'll partner directly with customers to deploy our AI-driven simulation platform into their infrastructure, acting as the critical bridge between PhysicsX and clients. You'll own end-to-end deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and coach colleagues in adoption of best practices. This role combines deep infrastructure expertise with strong customer relationship skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess customer infrastructure requirements and security constraints.
• Design and execute deployment strategies for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment issues across diverse environments.
• Act as system validator to ensure platform works within customer infrastructure.

📋 Requirements

• Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters across AWS, Azure, and on-premise.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Crossplane, Terraform, and Helm.
• Understanding of networking, security, and observability in containerised environments.
• Proven track record of working directly with external customers or clients.
