Description

You will help retain and grow a large portfolio of customers through a data-driven, tech-led approach, leveraging AI and automation for one-to-many communications and targeted 1:1 interventions at critical customer journey points.

Requirements

  • Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate across teams and build consensus
  • Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about APIs and MCPs
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Own a large portfolio of customers managing omni-channel campaigns via Gainsight and Pendo to improve success adoption and retention
  • Drive customer retention and growth
  • Monitor identify and act on customer signals (e.g. usage drop growth) for targeted 1:1 consultations
  • Collaborate with CSMs CS Ops Product Engineering and Commercial Sales to improve customer health
  • Support new feature rollouts including cross-customer webinars
