Description
You will help retain and grow a large portfolio of customers through a data-driven, tech-led approach, leveraging AI and automation for one-to-many communications and targeted 1:1 interventions at critical customer journey points.
Requirements
- Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate across teams and build consensus
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn about APIs and MCPs
- Strong process and project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own a large portfolio of customers managing omni-channel campaigns via Gainsight and Pendo to improve success adoption and retention
- Drive customer retention and growth
- Monitor identify and act on customer signals (e.g. usage drop growth) for targeted 1:1 consultations
- Collaborate with CSMs CS Ops Product Engineering and Commercial Sales to improve customer health
- Support new feature rollouts including cross-customer webinars
