You'll manage organizational cadences, research market opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders across the U.S., Europe, and Japan to ensure alignment and impact. • Partner with departments to capture expertise in scalable frameworks like brand playbooks.
• Design and develop training content on Pokémon brand and products.
• Organize joint learning opportunities with group companies in Japan and Asia.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program/project management in multinational environment.
• Near-native/fluent English and minimum business-proficiency in Japanese.
• Working knowledge of creating and launching new programs and tools.
• Proven ability to design and launch organization-wide programs from scratch.
