Description

You will design, evaluate, and ensure the quality of technology solutions, acting as a bridge between users and development teams to deliver projects with the functionality, timing, and quality needed. You will also facilitate requirements gathering and guide user training.

Requirements

• 3-5 years as Business Analyst / Functional Analyst / Product Analyst
• Degree in Systems Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical, abstraction, and modeling skills
• Knowledge of banking and financial systems (required)
• Experience creating user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional designs

Responsibilities

• Design and define functional and non-functional requirements for new applications and maintenance
• Analyze user needs through user stories, requirements, use cases, and process modeling
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions (interviews, workshops, collaborative analysis)
• Evaluate technological solution feasibility and support problem resolution
• Advise on functional and non-functional testing, validating progress, scripts, and test plans
