You'll serve as the liaison between the maintenance team and residents to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Address resident complaints and maintenance requests
• Schedule appointments for repairs and resident meetings
• Prepare paperwork for resident accounts and leases
• Assist with rent increases, collections, and move-in/out processes

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Prior experience in residential real estate preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Experience with Yardi or similar software
